DAN MOSS

From the age of 15, Dan been learning drums and was a part of a percussion group that went around schools and communities performing.

From the age of 16 Dan was in a band gigging around the UK till he was 19. Around that time, he's recorded 2 albums (including working with a Grammy nominated producer called Chris Tsangarides who worked with Thin Lizzy, Judas Priest to name a couple..) with previous bands, toured Europe. He was then endorsed by Saluda Cymbals and Silverfox Drumsticks.

Dan went to Access To Music to do his Level 3 Performing Musician and ending up being Student of the Year in 2012/13. The award was presented in London by Lauren Laverne (DJ/Television presenter). 
Dan then went off to finish his final drum grades within the college and then getting his certificate to teach in the lifelong learning sector, level 4 Diploma. During that time, he was tutoring rock schools in Great Yarmouth and was in music therapy in care homes working with Dementia/Parkinson's patients trying to bring happiness to their day and bringing joy of music to the local communities. 

Dan now plays drums for a band called Wolves Within that now have music on their social platforms such as Spotify.

Now working with Amplify Academy, Dan focusses on making sure the guys at the back are always seen! Teaching his students key skills performing live, how to stick out of the crowd and being the backbone of the band. Let's get drumming!!
